Chembra Peak (2,100 m) is the highest peak in Wayanad and its most famous trek – known for the heart-shaped lake halfway up. Eight kilometres south of Kalpetta near Meppadi town, the peak borders the Nilgiri hills. This is a must-do for fit travellers visiting Wayanad.
